    An opportunity for a Senior/Middle Business Analyst who wants a new challenge to join the expanding Brest office team. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and analyzing business systems and their user journeys using traditional analysis techniques and tools. This is a project-orientated role and you will be representing Godel to major British companies through all stages of the project life cycle in Waterfall and Agile environments. You must be confident in developing working relationships with both team members and clients throughout project challenges whilst ensuring that we continue to deliver great results. Working under pressure should be natural for you as you continue to maintain the attention to detail as deadlines approach. It is this level of professionalism and experience which is fundamental to Godel's mission of becoming Europe's most respected Nearshore. You must have:

    • You must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a business analyst
    • Have an understanding of agile methodologies
    • Have experience in the collection, formalization, and translation of business requirements
    • Have experience in process modeling
    • You should have knowledge of various IT processes such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
    • You need to be able to demonstrate expertise across a variety of business analysis methods
    • You must have the ability and desire to communicate in written and spoken English (Advanced +)
    • Clients should feel comfortable with you and the journey which you are taking them on, therefore you should have the ability to co-operate with a variety of people and achieve results
    • You should be confident documenting and communicating requirements between teams
    • You must have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
