As a result of significant growth, Godel are expanding their Service Delivery Team and are seeking a confident, organised and articulate Service Delivery Manager to join the team in Manchester or London; reporting to the VP Service Delivery. Godel are an award-winning nearshore software development company with over 10 years of knowledge & experience in successfully delivering for our clients and we have a demonstrable track record in high quality distributed software development. Our clients span a variety of industries and form an impressive portfolio of well know UK brands (Trainline, Compare the Market, AO.com etc). Headquartered in the newly refurbished NEO Building in Manchester UK, supported by six development centres across Belarus.
Responsibilities will include:• Ensuring the high-quality delivery of Godel’s service to our clients • Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with our clients in the UK and delivery teams in Belarus • Supporting and helping to facilitate successful working relationships between clients and Godel’s delivery teams • Acting as an escalation point for both clients and Godel delivery teams • Working with our clients & delivery teams to alleviate risk and dealing with escalations to conclusion • Identifying opportunities for growth in client accounts • Weekly reporting on the health of engagements to the VP Service Delivery • Regular travel to client sites for review meetings and to work alongside our clients • Regular travel to Belarus to host client visits • Responsible for contractual negotiations, reviews and expansions where applicable
We are seeking:• A confident, articulate and organised individual • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills • Ability to host and facilitate conversations between clients & delivery teams • Ability to travel frequently within the UK and to Belarus • Previous experience in building meaningful relationships with clients • A consultative approach to business • The ability to think outside the box and problem solve • Someone who thrives under pressure • University degree is preferable • Previous experience working in a similar role e.g Account Management, Pre-Sales or New Business Sales • Is looking to grow and develop with a fast-paced company Package: TBC
