People Partners (PP) Team at Godel Technologies acts as HR Consultants for our Management and Clients regarding motivation and engagement of our employees within the company. We translate company values and foster professional relationships to achieve company goals and keep employees happy and inspired. We are looking for a team member to join our Adaptation Unit to support the Intra-Company Transfer process for our employees and candidates. In this role, you will participate in the activities needed for smooth adaptation to the new location (gathering and presenting information, answering questions, handling all kinds of inquiries regarding processes in Poland) providing employees with quality guidance and a feeling of comfort and support from a company representative. In addition, you will collect feedback to identify areas for improvement in the adaptation process and make any necessary changes. This role includes lots of internal communication, so prior work experience and knowledge of business processes is essential!   Possible Background:

Responsibilities:
  • Support of relocating candidates – send welcome letters, conduct calls to get transfer date and answer questions
  • Know main POC in the company (ICT, main people in PL) to redirect questions and all processes to the fullest
  • Gather information and present info in a user-friendly way
  • Conduct onboarding sessions
  • Track ICT of employees and candidates
  • Support Employee ICT – send welcome letters, conduct adaptation sessions
  • Coordinate work with TA, ICT, PP – share info on employees’ statuses and know each party's role in the process
  • Know all types of contracts and differences between them, processes for getting them. Know all documents that are needed to be employed
  • Support of other Adaptation processes
The following skills will make you a good fit for our Team:
  • Confident computer user and have solid experience in working with MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (at least basic level), Teams) and able to adapt to new tools (nice to have) or open to learning new tools
  • Presentation and communication skills – ability to establish contact with the audience, well spoken, can get to the essence of the problem by actively listening and asking questions, able to answer the employees' questions
  • Ability to find the essential info – look for trusted resources, get the essence from it and compile, present info on demand (gather, structure)
  • Ability to structure information in a fast-changing environment
  • Pro-active – ability to see the process as a whole and suggest process improvements
  • Proficiency in English, Polish and Ukrainian/Belorussian/Russian
