  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a business analyst
  • Ability to understand business needs and transform them into business and technical solution
  • Acting as an Owner of the Backlog: ensure the teams have the right information to the right level of details
  • Strong focus on delivering the value, in line with the expectations of the PO and the business/stakeholders, ensuring we are doing the right thing for the users and are focused on meeting the expectations of the business/stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication with confidence both to stakeholders and the team
  • Ability to build a roadmap and to understand the team progress to date
  • Pro-activeness with monitoring of risks and dependencies and impediments resolution
  • Effective facilitation skills
  • Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks and supporting them
  • Readiness and ability to support and coach the team in agile ways of working
Responsibilities:
  • Have a holistic view on the whole system, understand business objectives/needs and plans and share this all with the team
  • Capture “as-is” state of the processes and transform it to “to-be” solution(s)
  • Act as a primary contact point for communicating with various stakeholders on the client-side
  • Facilitate and drive the team's communication events related to the requirements gathering, analysis, planning and inspection
  • Set up Business Analysis and Requirements Management process
  • Own the product backlog, highlight the risks and dependencies which might affect the delivery and timelines
  • Visualize progress
  • Remove impediments and blockers
  • Facilitate constant inspection and improval of the WOW, ensure the appropriate Agile delivery principles are embedded to the team's process
  • Collaboratively with a PO prioritize the requirements, ensure that the team is working on the most valued features first
  • Assist with UAT if required
  • Make sure there is the right environment for the team to success
  • Ensure collaboration within the team and all involved parties
