Senior Learning and Development Specialist
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist is a member of the global L&D function and team and reports to the Head of Learning and Development.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify learning and development needs and provide suitable solutions
- Design, deliver and evaluate leadership development programs
- Design, deliver and evaluate soft skills training courses for individual contributors
- Manage L&D activities and projects from the design up to the implementation evaluation stage
- Provide L&D support and consulting for hard skills experts, trainers and mentors
- Update L&D resources and tools
- Promote various methods, approaches and ways to sustain a learning culture
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with other people functions such as Talent Management, People Partners, Onboarding in joint people initiatives and projects
- Design and facilitate team and group sessions
- Provide one-on-one or team coaching sessions
Requirements:
- University degree in education, human resources, business, psychology or equivalent qualification
- Proven 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, L&D methods, practices and trends, fundamentals of employee performance improvement and organizational behavior science
- Experience in leadership development
- Expertise in soft skills development
- Training design and delivery skills
- Experience in implementing digital and blended learning formats and platforms
- Project coordination skills
- Fluent English and Russian
- Soft skills: strong interpersonal skills, ability to work without close supervision, result-oriented, reliable team player, effective communicator, self-starter
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
