  • Senior Learning and Development Specialist

    Location Minsk

    The Senior Learning and Development Specialist is a member of the global L&D function and team and reports to the Head of Learning and Development. Key responsibilities:

    • Identify learning and development needs and provide suitable solutions
    • Design, deliver and evaluate leadership development programs
    • Design, deliver and evaluate soft skills training courses for individual contributors
    • Manage L&D activities and projects from the design up to the implementation evaluation stage
    • Provide L&D support and consulting for hard skills experts, trainers and mentors
    • Update L&D resources and tools
    • Promote various methods, approaches and ways to sustain a learning culture
    Additional responsibilities may include:
    • Collaborate with other people functions such as Talent Management, People Partners, Onboarding in joint people initiatives and projects
    • Design and facilitate team and group sessions
    • Provide one-on-one or team coaching sessions
    Requirements:
    • University degree in education, human resources, business, psychology or equivalent qualification
    • Proven 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development
    • Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, L&D methods, practices and trends, fundamentals of employee performance improvement and organizational behavior science
    • Experience in leadership development
    • Expertise in soft skills development
    • Training design and delivery skills
    • Experience in implementing digital and blended learning formats and platforms
    • Project coordination skills
    • Fluent English and Russian
    • Soft skills: strong interpersonal skills, ability to work without close supervision, result-oriented, reliable team player, effective communicator, self-starter
    • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software

  • DevOps Engineer

    Location Minsk

    Godel is on the constant lookout for talented DevOps Engineers to join one of our teams engaged in development of business applications for major British companies. We always have new and exciting projects with opportunities to improve your skills in a wide spectrum of technologies related to web development. If you are enthusiastic and ambitious engineer, specialist, willing to take active participation in shaping of a product, this job is for you! You will be responsible for:

    • Design, build and support cloud environments for continuously evolving distributed systems. Automate provisioning, configuration and maintenance of infrastructure
    • Design, automate and integrate CI/CD processes for continuous delivery of changes to code
    • Perform cloud readiness assessments and architecture reviews of existing solutions
    • Migrate applications to the cloud and between cloud providers
    • Integrate and extend existing applications with cloud-based services
    Must have:
    • 1+ years of experience with one or more of the following cloud providers: AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud
    • Solid experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Consul and/or other automation tools
    • Proficiency in Linux and Windows administration
    • Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo
    • Docker
    • Software development or systems administration background
    • Written and spoken English: intermediate or higher
