    • 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager;
    • Combination of exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and leadership skills;
    • Outstanding planning and organisational skills;
    • Ability to understand clients business needs and keep the team focused on delivering value;
    • Knowing and sharing Agile values and the variety of Agile frameworks;
    • Readiness and ability to support and coach the team in Agile ways of working;
    • Upper Intermediate / Advanced English level;
    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure there is a clear understanding of clients expectations around delivery;
    • Make sure there is the right environment for the team to succeed - scope-, process-, tools-  and skills-wise;
    • Visualise teams progress to date and get relevant people in sync with the forecasted delivery timelines, expectations and any changes to those;
    • Remove obstacles and blockers;
    • Act as a primary contact point for communicating with various stakeholders on the client side;
    • Establish a clear process around priorities to make sure team is delivering value;
    • Facilitate constant inspection and improvement of the WOW, ensure the appropriate Agile delivery principles are embedded to the team's process;
    • Ensure collaboration within the team and all involved parties;
    • Help teams to self-organise;
    • Increase transparency and trust;
    • Commitment to consider business trips to client site if required (after COVID-19 restrictions are removed).

If you are enthusiastic and ambitious specialist, willing to take active participation in shaping of a product, this job is for you! You will be responsible for:

    • using machine learning to identify patterns and trends by analyzing, interpreting, enriching, and running experiments on data to improve our clients’ products and services
    • working alongside data engineers, MLOps engineers, software engineers, etc to help build-out a core suite of data products and services
    • communication with both technical and non-technical audiences to contribute to securing the necessary support and funding
    Ideally you have:
    • advanced knowledge of ML and deep learning
    • experience in building recommendation engines
    • experience in developing senior stakeholder relationships
    • experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, and delivery (Amazon Web Services)
    • fluency of Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and common machine learning packages

    • Design and development of data platform based on Big Data cloud services from AWS
    • Writing batch & stream data processing solutions, ETL processes, automated workflows
    • Testing data pipelines and data quality using modern approaches
    • Implementing industry’s best practices for collecting, transforming and accessing data
    • Communication with the customer and working directly with the Customer team
    • Working within an agile team
    Ideally you have:
