Scott is Non-Executive Chairman and major shareholder in Godel. Scott is one of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and was awarded an MBE for services to business and the community in the North West of England in 2014. He now heads up companies with a total valuation in excess of £150m. He is a widely known figure in the Manchester community thanks to his active charitable involvement, passion for Apprenticeships and his participation on the Greater Manchester LEP. His outspoken views on politics, IT and business have made him a respected voice in the media and somebody who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
Rob joined the Godel team in December 2009 and is Godel's Chief Financial Officer. Holding both AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and CIMA (Charted Institute of Management Accountants) qualifications, Rob works alongside other board members to oversee all matters regarding finance, commercial and legal. Rob was recently crowned North West Financial Director of the Year for 2015. Before Rob joined Godel he played as a professional footballer with Sheffield United.
Having demonstrated a proven track record, natural drive and unrivalled ambition during his time at Godel, 2017 saw Paul secure the role of Chief Commercial Officer, handing him overall responsibility for the company’s sales force and approach to market. Paul’s career at Godel saw him begin as a Client Director within the sales division, responsible for the generation, development and management of strategic clients. Having lead a number of successful, high profile, complex client engagements, Paul’s ability to empathise with IT leaders and help them navigate through complicated requirements, whilst de-mystifying technology and simplifying process soon established Paul as a trusted advisor to his clients and his peers.
In his short time at Godel Neil has taken advantage of his strong 18+ year career in management where he has previously worked with dispersed teams, he has introduced new processes which have played a fundamental part in exceeding the companies ambitious growth targets and client satisfaction. Outside of the office Neil is well known for his fair-weather golfing skills, using the sunnier days here in the UK to try and reduce his very respectable 12 handicap - watch out Rory McIlroy!
After graduating from the Belarussian State University, Elena began her IT career working in Quality Assurance and Project Management and started working at Godel in March 2006. Respected a great deal by her peers and clients alike, Elena has played an instrumental role in the continued growth and success of the company and has led numerous multi-disciplined teams to deliver many high profile and technically complex engagements to successful conclusions. In her role as Chief Technical Officer, Elena holds overall responsibility for delivery and quality.
Andrew graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics where he gained a Masters Degree in Mathematics and Informatics. Beginning his Godel career as a software developer, leading some of our early engagements, Andrew became Godel's Chief Operations Officer in 2010, taking responsibility for our operations in Belarus. Andrew has led the organisation's journey through Microsoft accreditations as well as other formal accreditations which include ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Anastassia is a very motivated, honest and direct individual who aims to excel at anything that she does. Being responsible for presales in Godel, she is linking the company’s delivery, sales and account management teams. Originally coming from delivery centres in Belarus, Anastassia brings over 15 years’ experience in software development services across a number of verticals, including fintech, retail, travel and utilities. She liaises closely with the sales team by providing consultancy services to potential customers, and the delivery teams by shaping the proposals and ways of working between a client and their nearshore teams.
Michelle has overall board-level responsibility for delivering the strategic marketing plan across all communication channels for Godel and delivering results in the form of marketing qualified sales leads and bottom line revenue. In her role, she has found unique ways of approaching prospects and clients that have seen Godel win many household names in the UK. She works tirelessly to deliver new ways of doing things to bring about the best results for the company whilst mentoring her young team – having once been an apprentice herself. Michelle is a qualified CIM professional.
Viewed as very much a "big brother" within the company, Alex, is very well regarded by his team and clients for his vast technical knowledge and common sense approach to delivery. Having graduated from the Belarusian University as a Master in Physics and Radio Electronics and combining this with over 15 years experience in software development, architecture, management, quality assurance and successful delivery, its for obvious reasons why Alex is recognised as our "go to guy."
With ten years experience in HR, Anastasiya is our Head of Talent Acquisition and heads up our HR Division. Motivated by clever people and learning new things, Anastasiya and her team are responsible for the recruitment and retention of new and existing exceptional software developers, project managers, business analysts, architects, automation and quality assurance staff. Anastasiya and her team are always on hand to talk you through vacancies within the company which may be suited to your skills and experience.
Victor has established himself as a key member of the Godel senior management team. Respected by clients and his peers, Victor possesses a potent ability to mentor and bring through exceptional software developers, whilst leading enterprise level, mission-critical customer engagements. Victor began his career as a developer at Godel and has since experienced numerous promotions within the company to establish himself as the company's VP of Engineering for its Microsoft Division. Regarded as "superman" by his colleagues, Victor is always on hand to help you as a new member of his team.
Anastasiya is the VP Quality Assurance at Godel. Having worked at the company for six years, with more than ten years quality assurance experience, Anastasiya has been an integral team member during a period of fast growth for the company, ensuring Godel continue to recruit and retain some of the most talented quality assurance staff in the Belarusian market. She has established an exceptional QA division and is on hand to provide mentoring, training and advice where needed for existing and new members of staff.
